The Project

Fahari Community Initiative was founded in 2021 with the objective of empowering the local community in Kakrao in Migori County to harness the resources at their disposal using modern and innovative methods. The library is a centre for learning and interaction, which enables the members of the community to acquire new knowledge from both print and digital media as well as through workshops and seminars conducted by invited experts.
