Youth Leadership Training

Youth Leadership Training is a programme that imparts skills and competencies to the youth in the community so that they can actively participate in planning, monitoring and assessing the impact of projects that improve the quality of life in their own communities. This programme :

• Links youth in the community with positive role models to develop their leadership skills,
• Provides a space for youth to meet, plan and execute activities and events, in order to foster shared leadership and responsibilities,
• Enables the local youth to network with their peers from other regions and participate in various activities related to character building, leadership, service, learning and career preparation.
